Conduit: OpenWebUI Client 1.1.6

Conduit is an open-source, native mobile client designed for Open-WebUI, enabling users to connect securely to their own server to interact with AI models, manage conversations, and access their self-hosted AI on the move.

The application offers real-time streaming chat capabilities, model selection options, and robust conversation search and management features. It supports voice input via speech-to-text technology and allows file and image uploads for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). Additionally, Conduit provides vision and multi-modal support, renders Markdown with syntax highlighting, and accommodates various display themes including light, dark, and system modes. It ensures secure credential storage through Keychain or Keystore and maintains an offline-aware user experience.

To operate Conduit, an existing Open-WebUI server is required, as the application does not host or supply AI models. Privacy is a priority: by default, no data is transmitted to third-party services; all interactions remain within your configured server environment.

Permissions requested by Conduit include microphone access for voice input, camera and storage permissions for image and file attachments, and network access to connect with your Open-WebUI server.
